Where is your flooring from?
Our Engineered Timber Flooring is sustainably sourced from Italy. Precision machined to the highest production and energy standards; then finished with exquisite eco-friendly oils in Melbourne.
Are your flooring coatings safe for my health?
Absolutely! Our coatings are all low VOC (ie. no volatile gases). Our ‘gold star’ eco-friendly oil is even qualified to be classed as “fit for food”; meaning it is safe for coating chopping boards and other surfaces where food is prepared.
How should I clean my floor?
We recommend sweeping or vacuuming (with soft bristles) regularly to remove any loose dirt or grit. Use a well-wrung mop with a Wood Coat Australia recommend pH neutral soap to prevent your oil coating from drying out.
Can I choose any colour I want?
Our team of colour experts are on hand to design your perfect floor. Either choose a standard colour from our extensive collection, or let our team craft your ideal hue for you.
What can I do to maintain my floor’s new condition?
